Use the custodian that holds the requested Marion County record:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
- Criminal history and rap sheets: contact Oregon State Police Criminal Justice Information Services
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Marion County Sheriff's Office
- Official checks: use Oregon State Police CJIS and its Open Records Portal
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Set-aside matters: file with the court that heard the case
