Questions about official Marion County criminal records belong with the government office that created or maintains them. This private resource cannot retrieve, change, or certify a record. The routes below identify the Marion County Sheriff's Office, Circuit Court, and Oregon State Police channels that can respond to the most common requests.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Use the custodian that holds the requested Marion County record:

For filed criminal cases and copies, contact the Marion County Circuit Court Records Department, first floor, 100 High Street NE, Salem, OR 97301, 503-588-5101. Public terminals operate weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
